this is another synthetic track
all written in ableton
this is a slower half step ambient style track
lots of pads and tonnes of delays, verb etc
a little bit laid back

back to the tb303 here I come
here is 16 bars of what I'm currently working on
something a bit dark and brooding with the sh101
and the tb303 providing a fast acid pattern
with plenty of movement
saturation and verb on the 303
drums from the tr606 and tr808 samples

following feedback from ITM have edited the tr808 play one tune and taken advice onboard for the cheesy8-08 track too
each track has been shrunk down and some of the high top end has been rounded off a little

shortened the track but still tried to keep the main build structure - added more pan dynamics to the lead sounds

shortened the track, added some more eq dynamic to the snare and added a touch of distortion to the main lead
also worked on structure so it flows a bit better

this was a quick track I did this arvo
cheesey as it can get
again all done with the mighty roland tr-808
i reckon the bass could do with getting more distorted as the track builds
but hey enjoy it for what it is

This is my third track made entirely from roland tr808 samples
this one is a bit more glitchy
the main synth is practically electrocuting your nuts off
if I had a CIA handbook on interrogation techniques I could name it after the one where they wire your nuts to a car battery

Another 808 sample track - again all the sounds from the mighty roland tr808 and a few FX from inside live and away we go, this is more of an electro feel but definitely on the techno vibe too

I have revisited this track
I have redone the bassline using tr808 bass drum samples rather than the eq's 303 sounds
and replaced all the percussive elements with cleaner 808 samples
I think the track has a bit more sparkle now
